TWO more girls were part of the successful Bedford and County team which won an athletics double.
Stotfold's Sam Cutler and Laura Gilbert from Sandy helped their club win again.
Having already won the Eastern Young Athletes League, Bedford and County claimed the Top Six Clubs cup for the third year by a massive points margin.
Sam (second from right) ran in the 1500m B string and finished first with a time of 5:05.6, just under two seconds outside her personal best which she set when she became the 1500m Beds county champion.
She then had glandular fever and it has taken all the track season to get back to her current form.
Laura (far right) competed in the under-13 girls' 1500m B string, also winning her race and setting a new best of 5:21.55.
