St Ippolyts extended their lead at the top of the North and Mid Herts Football League Premier Division.

A 5-1 win over Woolmer Green saw Andrew Levy score two and Ryan Foster, Glenn Stuart and Roberto David one apiece.

Whitwell Village beat Magnum 6-4 with James Campbell scoring a hat-trick. Two goals from Gary Wallace and one each by Trevor Long and Duncan Jenner were not enough for Magnum.

Baldock Town beat London Colney A 2-0 with Harry Holland and Karl Beadsworth scoring.

In Division One North, City Hearts strolled to an 8-0 win over Bedwell Rangers Res.

Gareth Brown and Ian Worthington picked up a hat-trick apiece to seal the points.

Fairlands beat Westwell 10-0 as Paul Hicks scored a hat-trick and there was two each for Stuart Clarke and Dave Holmes. Kenny Liggett, Lewis Littlechild and Carl Lingwood all got one apiece.

A 10-goal thriller saw Codicote and Baldock Town Res share the points.

Sam Poulton and Simon Bayston scored two each and Neil Pearson one for Codicote.

Stuart McLaughlin and Mark Nunn scored two each for Baldock with Nick Blenkin scoring the last.

AFC Santos lost their first game this season as they went down 3-1 at Woolmer Green Res.

In a pulsating match with both teams having chances, Woolmer broke the deadlock after half an hour by scoring from a long ball over the top.

Two minutes later, they doubled their lead from another long ball.

AFC Santos replied after the break when sub Adam Taylor, on for only 10 seconds, collected the ball 35 yards out, beat three players and slotted home.

With less than five minutes to go, Woolmer caught Santos on the break to make it 3-1.

Jamie Campany scored twice for Woolmer Green with Alan Kenny getting the third.

Leaders Wilbury Wanderers beat Kimpton Rovers Res 5-1 with Hitish Patel, Richard Pearson and Dean Smith getting on the scoresheet. Tony Webb scored a consolation goal for Kimpton.
