There were no fools as Richard's Trampoline Club travelled down to Brentwood for the recent Eastern regional grading competition.
This is where a required score is needed to enable the performer to progress to the next grade.
At grade four, Sophie Perks was in a difficult group, with the standard extremely high.
Sophie completed an excellent set routine and also made it through her voluntary, just slightly rushing one of her somersaults.
She finished in 10th place as she achieved the important qualifying score to move up to grade three.
Also at grade four was Jo Collins and she did enough to finish in third place.

At grade three, Paige Maranian (pictured above) showed fantastic improvement since her last grading competition in January.
Natasha Rastogi, also competing at grade three, suffered with a lack of preparation.
She showed some excellent form in her routines but also a great deal of travel that affected her marks.
Natasha finished down in eighth place despite being an experienced national level performer.
