Letchworth Rugby Club stalwart Nick Winwood has been shortlisted along with Simon Lowe as coach of disabled performers for their work with Saracens Brave Herts.

Derek Beaumont will be the recipient of the Service to Sport Award for his services to diving in Hertfordshire.
