Potton finished on 92 points from their 42 games after beating Ford Sports 4-1 on Saturday.
Top scorer Wes Byrne put them in front but the visitors equalised before the break. Sub Gareth Cottenden restored their advantage a quarter of an hour from time and goals from Brett Donnelly and Cottenden wrapped up the points.
Potton are in action on Bank Holiday Monday when they take on Wootton in the North Beds Charity Cup at Langford's Forde Park.
Biggleswade United ended their league season by drawing 1-1 at Oxhey Jets.

They fell behind to a Wayne Gladdy goal in the 23rd minute and had to wait until the 89th minute for Robbie O'Dell to equalise from the penalty spot.
