Top of the table Sharnbrook shared the points with third-placed visitors Hitchin Hearts on Sunday in a six-goal thriller.
This game is what you would expect from two high-flying sides.
Sharnbrook stormed ahead with two quick goals, one from a corner and the other a disputed penalty.
The Hitchin girls failed to score themselves despite creating plenty of chances.
They battled back to level before the break with goals from Laura Ravenscroft and Ollie Olsson.
Hearts took the lead with Olsson scoring her second and only a fine display from the home goalkeeper as well as the woodwork kept them at bay.
