The deadline is approaching to enter teams for the indoor bowls season at Stevenage Leisure Centre IBC starting in September.
Teams wishing to enter should call the league secretary Angela Newstead on 01438 239144.
The friendly indoor bowls club are always looking to increase membership and would be pleased to welcome new bowlers of any or even NO experience!
Home matches are held on the bowls green at Stevenage Leisure Centre.
Evening leagues are run from 6.30-8.30pm, Monday to Friday.
It is possible for an individual to play on four nights of the week if they wish (one night of the week is a men's league, one a ladies, all others are open leagues).

They also play weekend matches (usually Sundays) against other local teams as both home and away fixtures, which are usually played over 21 ends.
Dress code and rules are EIBA/EWIBA standard, which means greys during the week and generally whites at weekend matches, with regulation shoes/sandals being worn.
