The Lister Tennis Club in Stevenage is launching a new initiative next month.
A new parent and toddler group is being run at Lister on Thursday mornings (9.30-11am).
Starting next Thursday, (September 7), it costs £1.50 and is for ages walking up to three years.
Adult beginners pay and play sessions start next Wednesday (September 6) from 7.30-9pm.
These cost £6 and call the club on 01438 721515 weekly to register your name for health and safety reasons.
And there is also the exciting prospect of Friday Night Threesomes. It is a tennis competition on Friday nights for improver, intermediate and advanced social players.

Teams of three will take part and players can enter in a team or individually.
This starts on Friday, September 15 (6.30pm onwards).
