The ladies' team at Hitchin Rugby Club are looking to recruit more players this month.
Two evenings for all budding new rugby players are being staged at the club in Old Hale Way on a couple of Tuesdays (January 22 and 29) from 7.30pm.
It is for ladies who have played before and would like to play again or for those who would like to learn new skills, improve their agility and fitness levels.
There are different skill levels in the team and you can learn at your own speed.
