Ickleford's second team have won promotion for the second week running!
They were in the unusual position of still needing 16 points to guarantee promotion after a league management decision changed the Saracens Herts League Division Nine table after the previous week's results had apparently assured Ickleford of promotion.
But Ickleford overcame this blow to claim 19 points in an excellent performance against Stevenage thirds who themselves would have been promoted if they had won.
Ickleford batted well and Kevin Shinner (37) and Mark Howard (27) added 71 for the first wicket.

Stevenage held on for the draw at 165-9, having been 59-5. Horner with 3-67 was the most successful bowler with Tom Walker taking 2-45 and Peter Robinson 2-15.
