Hitchin Town Ladies are back in action on Sunday when they travel to Evergreen Eagles.

Mel Blackmore’s side go into the game on the back of two wins, including a 2-1 victory over Toddington Rovers last weekend in their first match at Top Field.

Toddington had a starting XI but no substitutes, and they were undone by goals from Emma Chaffey and Lisa Coubrough, the latter set up by Tara Gooda.

Hitchin are currently lying sixth in B & H County Football League Division, one place behind Toddington and one place in front of this weekend’s opponents, Evergreen.
