SOLID preparations have enabled Henlow to claim a league and cup double this season.
The club have won the Bedford and District League Division One with three games to spare.
They were also victorious in the Beds Junior Cup final on Friday night at Cranfield United as Jim Gentry's header late in extra-time earned a 1-0 win over Club Lewsey.
The treble is still on as Henlow have the league cup final against Corinthians to look forward to on April 29 at Biggleswade United FC (6pm ko).
Assistant manager Greg Hall said: "Our preparations for the season started well with the help of qualified coach Dan Austin. The lads worked harder than ever to get into shape for the gruelling times ahead.
"We also picked up several new signings who have all helped to improve the squad."

The season got off to a shaky start when they trailed 2-0 at Reddings Wood in their opening fixture but showed real determination to come back to score three goals in the final 10 minutes to win 3-2.
From that point the team have never looked back and scored more than 100 goals to date.
Hall continued: "We are now looking forward to the challenge of the Bedford and District League Premier Division next season.
"Our success has been such that we will also be starting a reserve side to strengthen our squad."
Manager Steve Worboys added: "The club has gone from strength to strength over the last two seasons and we are now reaping the benefits of our hard work."
The side is captained by former Arlesey Town player Bryan Seago.
