Exhausted Hitchin Hearts celebrate a great 4-2 win in their last game of the season against local rivals Arlesey Town Ladies.
Despite going behind midway through the first half, the girls fought back and a cracking goal from Paula Hawkins put the match all square.
In the second half Hearts were firing on all cylinders and regained their lead when Ronnie D'Amico headed in from a Laura Ravenscroft corner.
The hard-working Rosie Wilshere then scored an excellent goal when put through from her own half.
Arlesey pulled one back from a free-kick before player of the match Paula Hawkins hit a rasping shot to put the game beyond the visitors' reach.
Ravenscroft received another opposition's player of the match award and Kirsty Duguid did a great marking job. Their three other defenders, Laura Stone, Lena Berg and Sheryl Duguid, kept Arlesey down to a minimum of chances.
