Hitchin Town are looking forward to welcoming Blue Square North opposition to Top Field for the first time on Saturday in the form of Hinckley United.

The FA Cup third qualifying round tie could attract a big crowd to Hitchin and Canaries officials are expecting an influx of Hinckley fans to attend the game.

Hinckley are currently in eighth place in the Blue Square North. They have lost just one of their five away games this season.

Canaries boss Darran Hay knows the game will be tough for his side.

He said: "We've watched Hinckley and we are aware that they are well organised and represent a real hurdle for us. But it is a FA Cup tie and anything can happen, as we have seen in the two previous rounds.
