The final of the Greg Cup will be between Stevenage Council Club and Whitwell Village.
Stevenage CC had a tough victory against fellow Premier Division side Kimpton Rovers and won by the odd goal in three.
The Stevenage side's goals came from David Clements and a cracker from Kenny Slack. Kimpton replied through Craig Barnes.
The other semi was one-sided as Premier side Whitwell Village crushed First Division Fairlands 8-0 and hit the woodwork on numerous other occasions.
Whitwell scored through braces for Wayne Ewington-Kirby and Simon Chipperfield.

Further goals from Tommy Farrelly and Wayne Mullooly and two own goals completed the scoring.
The final is at Hitchin Town's Top Field next Thursday (April 13) and kicks off at 7.30pm.
Baldock won 4-3 at Codicote A in Group B of the Benevolent Shield.
Craig Nelson, Lee Rushbridge, Adam Shelley and an own goal made up the Baldock tally. Codicote A replied through a couple for Paul Stagg and a Barry Chalkley goal.
In Group C, Magnum became the third side into the semi-finals with their 4-0 victory at Woolmer Green.
Kicking down the slope in the first half it was mostly all Woolmer but they could not break down the Magnum defence in which goalkeeper Tim Boston was outstanding.
In the second half it was a different story and braces for Brett Coverdale and Stuart Hyams saw them through.
Kimpton Rovers Res were unable to raise a side in the First Division and forfeited the points to Wilbury Wanderers.
P The four North Herts League cup finals have been arranged at Hitchin Town's Top Field. All the games will take place on Thursday nights this month (7.30pm ko).
