The Stevenage Karate Club held a club grading last Thursday at the Poplars Community Centre. The grading was taken by Sensei Ohta, chief instructor of the Japanese Karate Association England, sixth Dan. All students taking part in the grading passed. The

The Stevenage Karate Club held a club grading last Thursday at the Poplars Community Centre.

The grading was taken by Sensei Ohta, chief instructor of the Japanese Karate Association England, sixth Dan. All students taking part in the grading passed.

The Stevenage Karate Club is affiliated to the Japanese Karate Association England as they have access to the world's top instructors on a regular basis.

The club was formed more than 20 years ago and is based at the Poplars Community Centre by Sainsbury's.
