Stevenage swimmers were involved in the exciting Isabel gala at Hatfield. The team was a mixture of novice and experienced swimmers and the gala gave them the chance to swim in a 33m pool. They were in fourth place with just one point dividing the second,

Stevenage swimmers were involved in the exciting Isabel gala at Hatfield.

The team was a mixture of novice and experienced swimmers and the gala gave them the chance to swim in a 33m pool.

They were in fourth place with just one point dividing the second, third and fourth teams.

It had been a good start to the new season with their nine to 12-year-olds winning the Brocks Trophy gala at the Fanshawe pool in Ware the previous Sunday.

Stevenage have been selcted to swim in Division One of the National Speedo League (London Area) this season.
