BIGGLESWADE Town suffered two defeats this week starting on Saturday when they went down 1-0 away to Ruislip Manor.

But the Waders were unlucky to not get a share of the points going down to a goal late in injury time.

The defeat leaves the Waders at the bottom of the league.

It was the same story on Tuesday night when they suffered again this time away at St Margaretsbury going down 3-0.

The Waders conceded two goals in the first half and another near the end to make it a miserable week for them.

Potton United powered to a fine 4-2 home win over Newport Pagnell on Saturday.

Paul Garrett put the Royals in front with less than a minute on the clock.

Four minutes later Newport Pagnell equalised but a powerful header from Steve Kuhne put Potton back in front.

Newport Pagnell fought back to equlise again befor Khune restored Potton's lead.

Potton took control in the second half and sealed the points with two more goals from Mark Bryant and Paul Garrett.
