Find out who Stevenage will start their FA Cup journey against after the draw was made at Hitchin Town’s Top Field.

Boro will enter the world’s oldest knockout competition at the first round proper, where they have been drawn to play Plymouth Argyle.

Dino Maamria’s side will travel to Home Park on a date between the ninth and 13th of November.

The League One side are three points adrift at the bottom of the third tier, with only one win in 14.

However, it will be a tougher matchup than many Boro fans will have hoped for, with many non-league sides among the 80 names in the draw.

Last season, Stevenage beat Nantwich Town and Swindon Town before a 0-0 draw with Reading at the Lamex saw the third round tie go to a replay.

In the return match, the Championship side sunk Darren Sarll’s Boro 3-0 after a Jon Dadi Bodvarsson hat-trick.
