STOTFOLD got revenge for last month's 5-0 loss at Daventry by inflicting a third league defeat of the season on their guests.
Daventry were first to attack when Stotfold 'keeper Brad Gillham conceded a free kick just outside the box, but the resulting kick was fired straight into his arms.
Shortly after Stotfold's Brett Donnelly hooked a high ball into the box wide of the visitors' goal, but he soon put this behind him by scoring from the spot after he was caught by a defender in the box on 21 minutes.

Stotfold kept up their pressure and in the last 20 minutes Gregson fired a low shot into the side netting and Donnelly headed onto the bar. Daventry pushed players forward but were unable to score, and Stotfold's Ryan Mitchell finished the game off late on.
