Baldock Town are through to the quarter-finals of the Herts Junior Cup.

The North and Mid Herts Football League side scored three goals in extra time to win 4-1 over Berkhamsted Sports in the fifth round.

Cameron Brawley scored in normal time and then a goal each from Lee Buck, Mark Nunn and Nick Blenkin ensured they made the last eight.

St Ippolyts went out in the last 16 as they lost 3-1 to Hertford Heath Res, their goal coming from Graham Austin.

In league action, a six-goal thriller saw Magnum take a point against Kings Sports. There were goals from Danny Cockrane and Trevor Long plus an own goal.

In Division One North, Kimpton Rovers Res were in fine goalscoring form to take three points against Benington.

They won 9-2 with a hat-trick from Tony Webb.

Wilbury Wanderers won 3-1 against Bedwell Rangers Res, Richard Pearson getting a brace. Simon Longman scored for Bedwell.

Woolmer Green Res won 4-1 against Fairlands, Dave Byatt, Tom Younger, Chris Tilbury and Simon Parnell all scoring one each. Kenny Liggett scored for the visitors.
