Abbots Langley won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 90-4 off their 20 overs. Bowling stars for Letchworth were Dominic Simmons (4-1-11-0), Javinda Shah (4-2-7-0), Phillip Hall (4-2-7-0) and Tim Graham (4-0-18-1) backed up by good fielding from the whole team.
In reply, Letchworth batted strongly with Graham hitting 27 and James Stroomer retired on 32 as they reached their target for the loss of three wickets.
Letchworth became Hertfordshire's representatives in the regional knockout at Bishop's Stortford.
