Stevenage Town and Hitchin are vying to win their respective county cups this weekend.
It will be Town's third successive Herts Presidents' Cup final against Hertford.
Hertford will be favourites again but the current Stevenage side has a habit of playing better against top opposition.
With their strong pack and never-say-die attitude, it would be wrong to write the Stags off.
Hitchin are also the underdogs as they play in the Herts Presidents' Trophy final against Hemel Hempstead from the London Four North West.
Both games are being staged at Croxley Green, home of Old Merchant Taylors, this Sunday.
