Bobby Dance's 20-yard strike into the bottom corner gave Hermit of Redcoats the lead before Joe Chilton grabbed Old Red Lion's equaliser.
Mallard grabbed the points in an entertaining game, a free-kick from Craig Reynolds, a Riki Dance strike and a volley from Tim Smith gave them the win by the odd goal in five against Station, for whom Liam McQueen and Sam Gittings scored.

An amazing game at Shephalbury Park saw Stevenage Colts Old Boys take the lead through Steve Ryan. Coopers equalised through Steve Harris before Colts took the lead again through their keeper Barry Simpson from his own box over the head of opposite number Sam Archer!
Christian Goodyear equalised again before Barry Hazleton gave Colts the lead for the third time before Dave Herbert converted a hat-trick of assists by Brad Harrison on the hour. Hazleton's penalty won the points for Colts and Steve Bush added an excellent fifth with time running out.
Michael Hatch and John Hughes sent FC Rising Sun top of Division Two as Crooked Billet lost for the second time. Norwich Union sit in second after James Anderson's spot-kick saw off Triage. Jimmy Erwood (two), Adam Paine, Tom Bowgett and Danny Hukin netted as fancied Newcotech saw off ProCladd.
Greg Bradbury netted a hat-trick while Si Longman added another and the defence stood firm as promoted Granby St George saw off King Pin United, for whom Adam Bannister and Perry Maranian struck.
Emperors Head looked to build on last week's win as they took a two-goal lead. Rapidsource levelled through Deane Cooper and a Jon London header. Emperors led again before London netted his second to level. Ben Fowler put Rapidsource in front for the first time before Paul Gair added another. Emperors got a late consolation.
Division Three saw White Horse storm to the top after hitting a dozen against Athletico Timebridge.
Jason Butler (four), Andy Collier (hat-trick), Pete Summers (two), Jamie Robertson and Darren Lovelock netted, along with an own goal.
MC Racing showed spirit to win for the second time from a two-goal deficit. Ant Alcock (two) and Carl Thompson struck for Marquis of Lorne but Nik Tribe's hat-trick and an Anthony Koop finish won the points.
MBDA Res had an Alan Kenney goal and two more from Steve Stapleton to thank against Crown, for whom Ben Dance headed home to give them hope.
Simon O'Reilly and a Rob Barnes penalty saw Hen and Chickens two-up before AFC Stevenage's comeback began with a Terry Lock strike, an own goal levelled matters before right-back Chris Kalaiarasu made up for an earlier handball for the penalty to net the winner in the last minute.
Bottles Res won again with another John Saunders hat-trick. Phil Child and Mark Bradley were also on target. Aidy Cocks (two) and Lee Boston scored for North Herts Celtic.
