Stevenage teenager Charlie Douglass is the new Herts junior county captain.
She was named at the Herts Ladies Golf annual meeting which took place at her home club of Brocket Hall recently.
The 17-year-old, who plays off one, is a junior England international and was runner-up in the national under-18 championships this year.
She is also one of the finalists in the Youth Achievement (girls) category at this year's Comet Sports Awards.
