A single goal from the penalty spot was enough to see Stevenage Boro Ladies progress to the last four of the league plate.
Mulbarton Belles from Norwich went home empty handed from Codicote after falling behind in the 20th minute.
Sarah Alcock-Green was pulled back by the Mulbarton right-back when through on goal and the referee awarded a clear penalty. Katie Light stepped up and scored the spot-kick.
Boro were unable to breach the Belles defence again during the remaining 70 minutes and will have to improve if they are to progress to their first ever final.
A line-up for the last four that includes Kempston Rovers, Sawbridgeworth Town, and either Haverhill Rovers or Cambridge Rovers will be a tough semi-final.
The draw is yet to be made with matches to be played on Sunday, April 9.
