ASHES winner Ashley Giles MBE shared his experiences at a sportsman's dinner at Letchworth Rugby Club on Monday night.
The England spinner is recovering from his hip injury and looking to regain his place in the national side later in the summer.
Giles will be returning to Letchworth on Friday, September 22, for his benefit day.
