On Sunday, it was Whitwell's turn to fall out of title contention after a 2-1 defeat away at Kcinsatop. Luke Donnelly scored both for Kcinsatop and Simon Chipperfield replied.

The George Hitchin maintained their challenge after thumping bottom of the table Crown Stotfold 8-1.

Ross Pateman netted four, including a first-half hat-trick, Daniel Jeeves, Shaun Turner, James Fletcher and an own goal completing the rout.

The Well got back to winning ways after a comfortable 4-0 victory against Wanderers, Gareth Grant, Adie Turner, Rob Bates and Alex Bysouth all on the scoresheet.

The game of the day in Division One saw league leaders Cannon Res visit third placed JCA. Cannon eventually won an entertaining encounter 5-3. Mark Nunn (two), Scott Beck (two) and Rob Beckwith were on target for Cannon.

Steve Winch was back on the goalscoring trail as he hit all the Engineers Henlow goals in a 3-1 win at Offley Rangers, Sean Davies scoring for the home side.

SMU recorded their first victory since mid-November, beating Angels Reply 2-1, Daniel Morris and Dave Gray on target for the home side.

Hitchin Town Supporters Res are in great form and continue to climb up the table. Goals from Richard Boulter and Darren Philipson gave them a 2-0 win at home to Radcliffe Arms.

Ocean's Eleven travelled to bottom of the table Wilbury in Division Two expecting a field day but they were made to work all the way for the 4-0 victory. Dean Lumbis, Trevor Long, Gary Wallace and an own goal proved enough.

White Horse Arlesey consolidated third place after a 3-1 win at Paynes Park Superstars. Keith Jones scored for the home side but Jamie Sloan and Kieron Munnelly (two) gave White Horse victory.

In a physical encounter at Cadwell Lane, the battered and bruised Grant Harknett popped up with the only goal of the game to give Wanderers Res a 1-0 win at Walsworth.

The Boot Athletic beat AC Malone Res 2-0 to jump up into sixth in the table.

AEK Letchworth bounced back from their cup defeat the week before to reach the semi-finals of the George John Memorial Trophy. They needed extra-time in beating Premier Division Hitchin Town Supporters 2-0, Matt Wilson and Micky Smith the scorers.

In the Division One Cup, AC Malone booked themselves a trip to Engineers Henlow after beating Whitwell Res 3-1.

Stuart Milner, Simon Buck and Rob Dowler scored for AC Malone, while Paul Stagg replied for Whitwell Res.

Kcinsatop Res were made to work all the way against Dynamo Letchworth before edging through 3-2 in the Division Two Cup. Gareth Cottenden got two and Glenn Dorrington the other. Goals from James Collins and Richard Kirchin gave Dynamo hope.
