Two teams in Division One of the Hitchin Sunday League have started to pull clear at the top.

Coach & Horses stay top of the table thanks to a 2-0 victory away to Arlesey Town while Engineers Arms stay second, two points behind, after a 2-1 win against previously unbeaten Sandon.

Chells Rovers won 5-2 against The Cock while FC Emperors Head picked up their first league win of the season with a 2-1 victory at home game against Atletico 99.

Defending champions FC St Johns seem to be letting their crown slip away after losing 3-2 away against St Ippolyts.

AC Malone beat Fairfield Park by the odd goal in five.

They went behind after an own-goal but Will Payne equalised soon after following good work from debutant Eduardo Garcia.

The pair then switched roles as AC went in front but it was all square by the break.

The second half was very even but the winner came after another own goal, Max Martin's cross sent into his own net by a Fairfield defender.

Almond Tree won 3-2 at home against North Herts Hatters in Division Two while FC Inter Malone beat Squirrel Taverners 3-0.

GSS picked up all three points with a 4-2 win against Lea Sports PSG, the goals coming from Ben Clark, Marcus Dolby and Jamie Burbury (two).

North Baldock remain unbeaten and moved into second place in the table following their comfortable 6-1 win away against Khoi Khoi.

The star of the show for Baldock was Baz Hazelton who bagged four and there was one each for Elliot Flynn and Robbie Wilcock.

Saint Evenage lost 3-1 at home against Troll Campbell and there was a bottom of the table clash between Kimpton and Feed Up Warm Up who were both pointless before the game.

Feed Up Warm Up took the win 3-1.

The final game of the day saw The Albion lose 7-0 at home against Hitchin Rovers who remain at the top of the table.
