TALENTED runner Lizzie Hall from Stotfold will be a busy lady in the next few weeks.
The former Knights Templar School pupil will be getting her atlas out as she follows in the footsteps of previous local runners who made it into the Great Britain world championships cross-country team.
The Herts Phoenix AC member has been selected for the 4k race in the World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, over the weekend of April 1-2.
Lizzie has also been selected for the British Universities team for the World University Championships in Algeria next Friday (March 24).
She was runner-up in the senior women's event when she represented Hertfordshire at Wollaton Park, Nottingham, for the Inter-Counties Cross-Country Championships. Her performance helped her qualify for the Great Britain team.
