TERRY Holmes will meet a teenager with an impressive pedigree at the national schools' boxing finals.

The Stevenage ABC fighter will face Amir Khan's younger brother, Haroon, at the end of the month.

He powered his way to a final appearance with a stunning first round win in his national semi-final against Blandford's Gary Delange at the York Hall, Bethnal Green.

A solid display of hooks to the head and body saw the knees of his Southern Counties opponent dip on a couple of occasions before the corner threw the towel in.

Clubmate Tyson Price made it two Stevenage boxers in the final with a points win (10-7) over the well-built Jack Darcey (Portsmouth ABC).

P Three other Stevenage boxers were in action on the West Ham show in London.

Tommy Grice gained sweet revenge over West Ham's Jay Carter who had controversially beaten him recently. Both boys performed well with Grice taking a comfortable decision on points.

Bradley Evans, the club's current NABC class A champion, took on Paul Butler, himself a reigning NABC champ but at the higher age group of class B.

Evans stormed into his opponent from the Vauxhall Motors club in Liverpool and secured a majority points verdict.

Luke Gray met reigning NABC class B under-60kgs champ Craig Greenwood of Liverpool's Kirkdale ABC.

In his first bout over four rounds, he lost a close majority points decision after surviving and fighting back well following a tough first round.
