Red Star ICL booked themselves a place in the Premier Division Cup final against Kcinsatop.

They beat The George Hitchin 3-0 in a far tighter encounter than the scoreline suggests. Goals from Phil Robertson, Keith Milburn and James Campbell sealed their win.

Kcinsatop Res made it into their second cup final and will play AEK Letchworth in both after they came from a goal down to beat Bar Absolute Willian 2-1 in the semi-finals of the George John Memorial Trophy. Robert Groves and Dave Pile struck to overturn Ian Napier's opener for Bar Absolute.

Cannon and Whitwell must try again after torrential rain washed out their Reserve Cup final on Sunday night. A new date has yet to be set.

In league action, The Well continued their impressive recent form and moved level on points at the top of the table. Rob Bates (two), Adie Turner and Alex Bysouth found the target as they disposed of Whitwell 4-0.

It was an identical scoreline at Bakers Lane as Cannon saw off Stotfold Sunday, Michael Mabbitt, Simon Umney and supersub Roy Ryall (two) scoring the Cannon goals.

In Division One, Crown Henlow put in a superb display as they played host to local rivals Engineers Henlow.

Only a headed goal two minutes from time from the in-form Jim Gentry denied Crown Henlow a share of the spoils. Mark Gilchrist had equalised for Engineers Henlow midway through the second half.

AC Malone prepared for their cup final in the worst possible way, throwing away a two-goal lead against mid-table SMU.

Stuart Archer and Bruce Goulding set Malone up for victory but then Neil Walker got in on the act, scoring a treble to grab the points for SMU.

JCA and Hitchin Town Supporters Res shared four goals in an entertaining encounter at Walsworth Common.

Ben Weston and Peter Dilks scored for HTS, while Lewis Healiss and an own goal from Sam Smith, described by those watching as one of the best own goals ever scored, were on the mark for JCA.

Ocean's XI went goal crazy in Division Two against nine-man AC Malone Res.

Trevor Long showed the way proving that even with old age, you never forget where the goal is as he scored six. Scott Antoniak, Dean Lumbis, Darren Lumbis and an own goal completed the 10-goal rout.

AEK Letchworth played a double header against Wilbury and came away with six valuable points.

The first game finished 4-1 with Matt Bond (two), Micky Smith and Rob Bond scoring the AEK goals. The second match was a far closer affair, AEK eventually sneaking it 2-1 thanks to a Smith double.

The entertainers of the Second Division, Paynes Park Superstars, were involved in another high-scoring encounter at home to Walsworth.

The match eventually finished 3-3, Lee Gibbs and Ben Wylie (two) scored for Paynes Park while Daniel Levy, Danny Barker and Mesmain Lloyd were on target for Walsworth.
