BOURNE moved into the top five of the Eagle Bitter UCL Premier Division with a 3-2 victory at Stofold.
The unpredictable Eagles went ahead after 21 minutes, Wayne Mills the marksman from a Gareth Cottenden through ball, but Bourne levelled after 40 minutes through Michael Stevenson's fiercely struck free kick from just outside the box.
Miles Mason gave the Wakes a 55th minute advantage with a well struck long range effort after cutting in from the left but they were pegged back five minutes from time as substitute Dean Whittaker levelled for Stotfold with a far post header from a Leon Cashman cross.
Richard Hutchinson scored Bourne's 88th minute winner, punishing a fumble by home keeper Nigel Blower, and the Wakes are now unbeaten in four league outings.
