Richard's Trampoline Club had a trio of representatives at the grade two national championships in Hull.

Lisa Withey and Charlie Mussino (both pictured) along with Rosie Cannon were up against the best trampolinists in the country at this level.

Withey produced an excellent set routine to place her in fourth going through to the voluntaries. Using the maximum difficulty level allowed at this level, she easily moved up to third place.

In the final, after another superb routine, she maintained her third spot. This should give her the confidence to progress to grade one next year.

Mussino kept the momentum going with two good routines. His form was not quite as sharp as it needed to be and he finished in ninth place, just outside of the finals.

Cannon, who has only recently joined the club, did not start well with her compulsory set routine; there was a fair amount of travel around the trampoline and a loss of height. Although she greatly improved with her voluntary routine, the damage was already done and she finished in 34th place.

Richard's Trampoline Club holds classes in Stevenage, Letchworth and Sandy. For more information about the club, you can visit www.richardstrampolineclub.com
