Henlow won their second successive title as they secured the Beds League Division Two crown on Sunday.

They remain unbeaten after winning by five wickets at Luton Town and Indians 2nds at Wardown Park.

The Hicks brothers, Andy (3-18) and Matt (3-23), claimed six wickets between them as the hosts were bowled out for 138.

Then Andy (30) and Matt (47no), along with Adrian Crawley (23), saw Henlow pass their target with five wickets in hand.

The seconds are still fighting for their lives in Division Three after narrowly losing by three wickets at home to promoted Eversholt.

Henlow made a competitive 135-7 on a wet wicket, opener Mike Fernando (27), captain John Gibbs (21) and top scorer Barry Dellar (33) leading the way.

Eversholt were also on the back foot thanks to Marcus Crawley (3-8 in 10 overs) and Dick Ownsworth (2-19 off 10) but recovered courtesy of an unbeaten eighth wicket partnership.
