Four athletes from Biggleswade AC went to the Bedford Park 5k last Wednesday.
Times: Gavin Elliott 18:19, Simon Fawcett 18:38, Nigel Bush 21:36, Natalie Darlow 23:23.
Biggleswade also sent three teams to compete in the Fairlands Valley road relays.
The men fought it over 5x3000m while the ladies and juniors competed over 3x3000m.
The juniors finished in eighth place overall and the ladies just behind in 12th place. The men's team finished in 26th place overall in the men's event.
Male team: Gavin Elliott, Damien Pitts, Martyn Close, Nigel Bush, David Brown. Female team: Karen Worrall, Debs Bryant, Zoe Dawson. Junior team: Mitchell Beard, Holly Welham, Kieran Shaw-Glack.
