Trying out some new much harder routines, Dodson (pictured) reduced the difficult value in his voluntary and final routines which paid off. He received some good form marks from the judges and easily qualified for the British championships in the summer and finished in sixth.
It was Charlie Mussino's first competition at grade one and he made an excellent start. He performed some excellent routines and finished in 13th place.
Lisa Withey's first time at grade one in a number of years saw her complete her routines but was nervous and unfortunately this showed in her marks, finishing in 14th place.
Lauren Jones suffered some recent interruptions to her training which showed in her routines. She struggled during her compulsory set routine but improved in her voluntary routine as she finished down in 22nd place.
