Stevenage Town are the only local club involved in county cup action later this month.
They face a home tie against St Albans in the first round on Sunday, January 21 (1.45pm ko).
The presidents' cup is for all Hertfordshire clubs that play in at level seven (London Three North West) and above.
All of the 11 qualified clubs have entered this season's competition.
First round draw: Stevenage Town v St Albans; Tabard v Harpenden; Welwyn v Tring.
Letchworth and Datchworth, along with Hertford, Old Albanian and Bishop's Stortford, all received byes to the second round.
