Ian Allinson's men held off a second-half Sleaford fightback to add three more points to their tally and regain top place in the UCL Premier Division.
Defender Tawhid Juneja gave the Rokermen a 25th minute lead with Lee Allinson adding a second six minutes later.
When Luke Donnelly made it three after 42 minutes, Stotfold looked home and dry.
But Sleaford reduced the arrears quickly on resumption though with a 46th minute Matt Lunn goal.
Kris Jones scored a second for the Lincolnshire visitors on the hour to give Stotfold a scare.
