Despite Datchworth starting well, Imperial Medics soaked up the initial assault before going on the offensive themselves and never looking back.
The villagers kept within touching distance of the opposition at half time having scored a couple of tries in the half through Mark Holgate and Alan Cartmell.
After the break, the London side's fitness and execution was making a massive difference. The lead grew steadily and there was no way back for the villagers.
Datchworth now have one more game in London Three North West - at home against bottom of the table Vauxhall Motors - and are hoping for a large crowd.
