Four performers from Richard's Trampoline Club went to the national grade one and two competitions in Hull.

At grade one, Elliot Stratton has qualified for the British Championships in the summer.

He was lying in first place after the set routines and played it safe in the voluntary routine.

The drop in difficulty moved him down into fourth place overall, missing out on a medal by just 0.4!

Charlie Mussino easily achieved the required marks to qualify him for grade one.

He produced two excellent routines and finished in first place within his group by quite a large margin.

At grade two, Rosannamay Cannon gained the required score to enable her to stay at this level for next year, and also qualified for the grade two national championships in July.

She finished in 12th place and fulfilled her two aims.

Also at grade two, Lauren Doherty had already gained the required score to remain at this level for next year.

She successfully completed both routines but due to some disruption to her training, she lacked her usual form and tightness.

This reflected in her marks and left her down in 18th place.

Hopefully the usually consistent performer will be back on form for the next grade two in Cardiff.
