Two of the league's newest clubs will contest this year's Division Three Cup final after Operation Swordfish and Three Tuns Galacticos won semi-finals at the weekend.

Operation Swordfish, under Callum Donnelly, overcame resilient Shillington Sunday to eventually win 3-2, Ryan Aldrin scoring a hat-trick.

Shillington Sunday got on the scoresheet with goals from Eddie Fannon and Paul Bosher, Bosher's strike the result of an exquisite lob from the halfway line!

Three Tuns Galacticos, led by Graeme Ledger, needed two Lee Shambrook goals to overcome Phoenix who were on target thanks to Dave Thomas.

In the Premier Division, PJ Hitchin were outstanding as they dented Red Star ICL's title ambitions while enhancing their own in the process. Ryan Foster scored both times in a 2-0 win for PJ.

Whitwell and HTS Barleycorn battled out a goal-less draw which does little for Barleycorn's survival hopes.

In Division One, Baldock Sunday cruised to a 3-0 win against HTS Barleycorn Res, Kevin Smith, Anthony Beedell and Kevin Higlett on target.

Two goals from Cannon Res' Ross Cook could not stop them slipping to a 4-2 defeat at home to Chequers Stotfold, Darren Westbrook, Graham Albon and Dan Eely (two) on the mark.

Wanderers now head the table after a 5-1 win at home to SMU although others sit in striking distance with games in hand.

The Park enjoyed a comfortable morning's work out as they beat Whitwell Res 6-0, Steven Monaghan (two), Aaron Harvey (three) and Ian Hyde scoring.

AC Malone Res sprung a real surprise in Division Two's only game as they added to Offley Parish's woes with a 2-1 win. Mark Rogers and Dean Stephenson provided the finishing touches to give Malone an unexpected three points.

Paynes Park and Wanderers Res shared the points in Division Three as their game ended two apiece.

In the George John Memorial Trophy, Kcinsatop Res beat Ocean's Eleven 1-0 to advance to the third round.

Shillington progressed to the semi-finals of the Division Two Cup after overcoming Dynamo Letchworth 5-0, Kieron Dempsey, Elwin Clifford, Daniel Bridge and an own goal making up the tally.

It was a busy morning in the Subsidiary Cup as five games took place.

Broadmead sprung a surprise by beating high-flying Crown Stotfold thanks to goals from Ashley Reynolds and Stuart Pike.

It looks like it might be a two-way battle to secure top spot with Angels Reply who beat Division Three Clifton Sunday 7-1, Gavin Stevens (two), Jay Norris (three) and Michael Plumb (two) getting the Angels goals.

Guisseppi Follano had earlier scored for Clifton to level for a short period.

In group two, Radcliffe Arms beat Walsworth 2-0 with goals from Steve Cox and Sam Roads.

North Herts Hatters lost to AC Malone 4-2, Sean Duignan (three) and John Bonner May giving Malone a rare victory.

Jackmans Jackdaws kept up their hopes of progressing from this group with a 2-1 win against Wilbury, Louis Healiss and Gavin Dear on target.
