Hitchin Town have expanded their community activities by assisting a neighbouring club in its bid to compete in the FA Vase in 2008-09.
Codicote, who play in the Herts Senior County League, will play a limited number of games at Hitchin's Top Field ground next season.
Hitchin chairman Terry Barratt said: "Codicote's entry into the FA Vase is good for local football and we are pleased to be hosting their games.
"We are always keen to nurture relationships with junior clubs and we already have a good link with Codicote."
The groundshare is short term and subject to terms and conditions being formalised. Hitchin Town's fixtures for the 2008-09 season, both pre-season and in the campaign proper, will not be affected in any way.
