The Hedgehogs, with the wind behind them, led at half-time by 21-3 with tries from Jack Peachey, skipper Carwyn Morgan and Rob Willis, Peachey successful with all three conversions.
Barnet fought back in the second half with two converted tries but the visitors hung on for a deserved victory.
