Campton are the new league leaders of the Bedfordshire Football League Premier Division table after a hat-trick from Gary Gibson gave them a 3-0 win over Henlow.
They are now top by virture of goal difference. For Campton Reserves it was a climb into third spot in the Division One table after a 3-1 win at Royal Oak - Kempston, Barnard and Winch all got on the scoresheet.
Elsewhere both Meppershall clubs found their games called off while Jurassic's trip to Great Barford in the second round of the Bedfordshire FA Junior Cup was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Meppershall AFC's tie in the same competition fell by the wayside during the week when Sandy Reserves pulled out and gave them a bye into round three.
