Notice is hereby given that Hitchin Lavender Limited has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for the grant of a variation in the existing premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Cadwell Farm, Arlesey Road, Ickleford, Hertfordshire SG5 3UA This application is for a variation in an existing premises licence to be granted in perpetuity.

Extensions of the following: the premises’ opening hours to 9:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday; the premises’ opening months to January to December inclusive; the premises’ authorised times for the sale or supply of alcohol to 12:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Authorisation for the provision of the following events: plays; recorded music; performances of dance; anything of a similar description to those previously listed.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000
