NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF A LICENCE TO USE PREMISES AS A SEX ESTABLISHMENT
We Cocktails Ltd of 11 Canklow Meadows Industrial Estate, Rotherham, S60 2XL on the 7th December 2018 applied to North Hertfordshire District Council pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a Licence to use the premises known as Pulse & Cocktails, 24 Cam Square, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Herts SG4 OTZ as a sex shop.
Any person wishing to object to the application should give notice in writing of the objection to the Licensing and Enforcement Manager, Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth SG6 3JF stating in general terms the grounds of the objection not later than 28 days after the date of application. The name or address of any person so objecting will not be revealed except with the objector’s consent.
