People are being encouraged to come and enjoy a day of fun in the woods on Saturday.
Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust’s annual Wild Woods Day returns to Monks Wood and Whomerley Wood in Stevenage between 11am and 4pm.
The day will feature lots of activities including willow weaving, green woodworking, face painting and a native birds of prey display.
Communications manager Rebecca Taylor said: “We’re really pleased to be hosting it this year in partnership with Stevenage Borough Council in Monks Wood and Whomerley Wood, near the football ground.”
