AUTHOR and historian Kathy Chater will be giving a talk at Stevenage Library on the subject of tracing your Afro-Caribbean ancestors.
The talk tomorrow (Saturday, October 10) is part of a programme of events to mark Black History Month.
Kathy is a lecturer and writer on family history, with a particular interest in black people's history. Her books include Family History Made Easy, and Tracing Your Family Tree. She is a contributor to the BBC's Who Do You Think You Are? and to History Today magazine.
The talk will run from 2pm to 3pm and tickets, at �3, are available in advance from Stevenage Library.
