Autumn courses begin on Tuesday, September 19, with 'Comparisons in Literature' which looks at how the approach to writing differs from author to author. On September 20 'Stained Glass from Medieval to Modern Day' follows the developing styles over the centuries describing materials and techniques. Each course runs 10 weeks from 10am to 11.45am on the designated day of the week at Bancroft Hall, Bancroft Recreation Ground. Enrolment at first session. Fees: £40 for the 10 sessions (£28 if over 60). WEA courses are free to students who receive means-tested benefits, unemployment benefit or job seekers allowance and to students dependent upon someone receiving such benefits.
